The Coordinator of Student Conduct serves as the primary investigator for all types of student conduct cases including sexual violence and student organizations. The Coordinator additionally serves as a conduct officer holding students accountable for nonacademic behavior that violates Oklahoma State University's Student Code of Conduct while preserving students' rights. Through evaluation, referral, and educational intervention, provide guidance to students who face conduct action and encourage them to change their behavior and develop their decision-making abilities. The Coordinator will also serve as a resource to administrators, faculty, staff, and students regarding general and special conduct issues and assist in ensuring university-wide compliance with the policies and procedures contained in the Student Code of Conduct.
Position presents exposure to student's emotions, which are occasionally elevated to a higher level and it may be directed towards the staff.
Position requires frequent use of computer, to include include typing. Occasional special events require standing/walking for 8-12 hours.
