Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Experience creating Instagram reels or similar short-form video content
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with staff, members and the community
- Is self-motivated, goal-oriented and can work independently while functioning in a teamwork environment
- Working knowledge of the programs and services offered by the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, the City of Stillwater, and the business community
- Attention to detail and must be able to multitask
- Professional appearance required
Must have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license, have reliable vehicle and auto insurance as required by Oklahoma law. Incumbment must also authorize the Stillwater Chamber of Commerce to annually perform and retain a Motor Vehicle Report.

Normal business hours are M-F, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with one hour for lunch. Some irregular working days may be required. Some travel is required within Stillwater, Oklahoma, and occasional travel outside of the city and state for Chamber events and/or training. Travel can occur on all days of the week and at all hours of the day and night. Also, may include the transport of materials and equipment and “set-up” of trade show booths and events.
