PERFORMANCE DATA and ANALYSIS COORDINATOR | Information Management Division 

Develop and disseminate information that advances the career and technology education system's ability to make effective decisions and establish strategic direction, while ensuring data quality and customer service. Position based in Stillwater, OK. Requires occasional travel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science or related field or equivalent industry certification or three years' experience in education data infrastructure 
  • Two years' experience in data processing with emphasis in computer file maintenance, records management, and report writing/analysis

PREFERRED

  • Experience in organizing and conducting workshops

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage data requirements and CareerTech Information Management System (CTIMS) programming and processes in the absence of the manager.
  • Implement process and system changes to provide data for state and federal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and technical support in collecting, validating, editing, and maintaining student, state program offerings, school, and other data within the Oklahoma CareerTech information management databases.
  • Participate in and lead special project teams within the Information Management Division and in other divisions in the agency to ensure ODCTE data needs are being met for decision-making purposes and state and federal requirements.
  • Provide leadership and technical process support to internal and external customers in both submitting and using data for technical analysis.
  • Assist the information management team in ensuring that day-to-day operations of the Information Management Division comply with ODCTE policies and regulations.
  • Assist with the coordination of OMES programmers on CTIMS development and ongoing processes, including system corrections, enhancements, maintenance, testing, and modifications.
  • Conduct analyses and submit written reports as needed for special projects.
  • Develop, coordinate, and conduct training activities in the use of the ODCTE data system to state staff and field staff.
  • Participate in other duties and special assignments, as necessary

Salary/Benefits: $56,985.95 - $63,421.34 commensurate with education or experience. Health, dental, life and disability insurance; flexible benefits plan; teacher’s retirement; vacation/sick leave; paid holidays; employee assistance program; and flex-time options. Total salary and benefits package valued at $69,536.53 - $76,456.30.
