Provide quality customer service and a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all agency staff and outside customers. Assist team members and others in a cooperative manner as time permits.

Position officed on-site at CareerTech in Stillwater, OK. Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of background check.

WORK HOURS: Availability of working on Fridays is essential. Work hours will be negotiated with the supervisor. All work will be completed between 7 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will not exceed 999 hours in a 12-month period.

HOURLY RATE: $14.00

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED:

§ High school diploma or equivalency

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Diagnose issues and malfunctions with equipment using tools and equipment, such as multimeter and other test equipment. Repair or make recommendations to repair or replace.

§ Complete work requests and tasks such as furniture and equipment move, painting, spot cleaning, vacuuming offices, light bulb changes, and other projects as needed.

§ Perform safety and quality checks on automotive fleet; do minor detailing, schedule, and take vehicles for oil changes, tire rotations, repairs, cleaning, etc.

§ Assist with setting up and cleaning of conference rooms for meetings.

§ Assist Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial, Courier and Mail Room personnel as needed.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to comprehend complex instructions, correspondence, and memos. Write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Must be able to communicate courteously and very effectively with customers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate simple mathematical equations as applicable. (For example: add, subtract, multiply, and divide)

REASONING SKILLS: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form; ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

LICENSES CERTIFICATIONS REGISTRATIONS: Requires valid driver's license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift to 50 pounds and occasionally lift to 100 pounds with or without accommodation.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Requires work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, risk of electrical shock and vibration; occasionally requires work in high precarious places.
