Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and support in executing campaigns, and coordinating activities to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals. This role involves managing customer communications, assisting with product launches, maintaining the website, coordinating marketing events, and providing marketing support to field teams. Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining the company website, including updating product details, managing content, and ensuring functionality.
- Assist in planning and executing customer communication strategies, including email campaigns, newsletters, and social media updates.
- Support the development of content for product launches, website content, presentations and marketing assets.
- Manage and organize marketing assets, such as images, videos, and copy. Help maintain the content calendar to align with campaign goals.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Provide marketing resources and materials to field teams.
- Collaborate with field teams to gather feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Assist in setting up marketing campaigns within the CRM. Test campaign workflows and integrations with email marketing platforms
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience with at least 1 year in a Marketing role.
- Experience with CMS platforms.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
- Experience with AEM platform is a plus
Skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and analytics platforms. (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite with basic knowledge of graphic design.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
